Leadership is commonly associated with an assumption of excellence, a degree of power and recognition and, ideally, an enthusiastic vision. We all like to think of leaders as inspirational people within our fields of work, that foster young talent and produce game-changing innovations that will make our life better. Yet, this is rarely applies.
