Hotel accommodation
If you would like to use a hotel room that has been reserved for the VNVA, please email Joke Selhorst: vnvamail@vnva.nl before April 1, 2026. Please indicate whether you wish to use the hotel room alone or with a second person, including your name(s)and the dates of your arrival and departure. Don't wait too long, the number of rooms is limited.
After April 1, you can book directly through the Van der Valk Hotel.
The rate per night for a hotelroom is €163.43 including breakfast and tourist tax.

Centrally located
Van der Valk is conveniently located directly off the A2 motorway (Utrecht–Amsterdam), at exit number 5.
There are fast connections to:

- Rotterdam (40 minutes)
Our parking area offers space for 450 cars and is free of charge for guests.

Via the A2 and A9 motorways, Schiphol Airport can be reached by car in approximately 20 minutes.
It is also possible to travel to the airport by train. With one transfer in Amsterdam, you can reach Schiphol within 35 minutes.
