Abstract
In the 21st century, issues about the equal recognition, remuneration of and behaviour towards women in professional organizations continue to be under attention . It is in the vnVa tradition to annually focus on relevant developments and perspectives on this topic. Based on the 'Life Long Learning' ambition, the focus is reflection on the state of the issues and the desired goals and future-oriented developments.
This program's starting point is based on extensive experience on coaching women in operational and strategic positions and developing training concepts with noticeable impact. Based on scientific research in the field of gender equality and bicultural leadership. Findings from both quantitative and qualitative studies indicate that while there is often a reasonable influx of new recruits, gender dynamics, job satisfaction, and the development of desired behavior in both men and women require continued attention.
Good Employer Practice requires adaptive leadership and structured professional behavioral development for female physicians to have sustainable careers. Annual evaluation and tailored adjustments are essential. Developing specific competences to unlock the cultural and societal perspectives within the organization for transforming current dominant professional realities into innovation and sustain desired professional behavior in our times.
